For most of my life, the highlight of my week, besides basketball, has been attending church. My faith is a fundamental part of who I am and who I will become. The lessons and morals I have learned from Scripture has kept me accountable and always looking for ways to improve myself. This includes in the classroom and on the basketball court. At school, I actually enjoy meeting with my teachers after class to go over things I didn't fully comprehend. After games, I will study film and analyze any missed shots or turnovers that I had in order to either adjust or take notes on what to do a similar situation occurs. In college, I hope to bring the same standards and effort to my team. My interests in math, engineering, and accounting will be expanded in college, as I hope to delve into those topics throughout my academic career. Basketball is an area where I also am excited to pursue. In highschool, I have loved being apart of the girls basketball team. Whether its at pre game meals, post game prayer, or in the halls at school, I have had an amazing time bonding with each and every member of my team, and I hope to do the same in my colleigate athletic career. The relationships and memories I have made with the help of basketball are a huge part of who I am and, as I said earlier, I want to keep improving and building new ones. In addition, success in the classroom and basketball court are extremely important to me, so I will bring my full effort to every lesson, practice, test, or game. I am excited to see what the future brings!
