Emma Oostdyk '12 Recruiting Profile

     I am a 5'9" senior guard from Frenchtown, Montana. My Junior year I recieved the Coaches Award in recognition of my leadership, coachability, athleticism, and personality. I have played on Varsity for three years and have started the past two years.
     I have a strong work ethic, which is evidenced by my participation in every open gym (boys' and girls'), summer camps, training sessions, and 3-on-3 tournaments. I am always the athlete at practice who gives 100 percent and never wants to quit playing. I am driven by my love of basketball to excel, grow, and succeed in the sport.
     I am personally trained by Mike Scialabba in strength and agility outside of school, which is helping to prepare me to play at the college level. I am open to exploring all opportunities at all division levels and would prefer a school in the Northwest.
