I really love the game of basketball and want to keep playing competitively for as long as possible. Basketball has been a key part of my upbringing and one of my favorite hobbies. I don't care what level I'd be playing, as long as I'm on the court. I am willing to do whatever it takes to achieve a goal, on or off the court. Working hard in the off-season and staying involved in sports like track, help me become a better and stronger player. I have a deep sense of pride in myself and my team. Encouragement and positivity are a big deal to me, I like to bring everyone up and keep things light. I have a lot of compassion and empathy for others, and a burning drive to succeed. I sacrifice looking good in the paper, so my teammates can. If it will help the team, I'll do it. Perfection is the standard, on the court and in school/ extracurriculars. I work countless hours on Business professionals of America competitions, to reach my goals of qualifying for state and Nationals each year. The same goes for 4-H, Skills USA, science olympiad, and other activities I'm involved in.
I am willing and happy to go above and beyond to achieve any goal that is set for me.
