It has always been a dream and goal of mine since I was 5 years old going to my mom's high basketball practices to play college basketball someday. I want to play ball at the next level and at the same time receive a quality education. I want to pursue a career as a pediatrician. I believe that I am a good candidate for the next level of college basketball because of the discipline and character I have developed from living on a farm and growing up in a small town. I have had numerous jobs, participated in all high school sports, and worked hard on my academics. I am a good role model who has excellent character. I hold several leadership roles in my school including class president for the past five years, reporter for my FFA chapter, secretary for the following organizations, art club, Tri-M music honor society, and HOSA. Keeping my grades up and preparing myself for college is one of my number one priorities. As a basketball player, I have good ball handling skills, am a team player, and have good court awareness. I can shoot the ball and am willing to work hard to improve my game in any way I can. I feel I would be an asset to a college program both on and off the court.
