Hi my name is Olivia Pagliuso. I take my schooling very seriously. Some of my collegiate goals are that I want to go to the best school possible. I also want to strive to do my best in the college I choose for the future. Not only do I want to strive to do my best in schooling, but I also want to be the best teammate and player I can be. I make a good candidate for a college basketball team because I always show great respect to all teammates, coaches, and referees. I also make a good candidate for a college basketball team because I always give my all on and off the court. Lastly I am a good candidate because I am not just good at shooting or I'm not just good at getting steals, I strive to be a great all around player in general. This makes me different from other recruits. Something else that makes me different from other recruits is that I do not only focus on my offensive and defensive game, but I also focus on my attitude and sportsmanship on and off the court/bench. I always encourage my teammates in a positive way no matter what. Not only do I focus on my points but I also focus on my assists, I would classify myself as a playmaker. I would classify myself as a playmaker because when I am given an opportunity I will score, but if I have a lower percentage opportunity than a teammate does for a play, I will definitely make the pass to the open player with the higher percentage shot. Off the court in character I am always trying to make others smile and laugh. I am always trying to spread positive vibes to others and I always show respect to my peers. Lastly my acedemics are very good. In my years in middle school, I have always gotten from high B's to high A's. The thing that stands out most to my teachers about me is that I always have everything completed on time and to the best of my ability. Not only do my teachers say positive things about my accountability but they also mention how I am always willing to give a helping hand to another student that may be struggling. My character, acedemics, and athleticism is very well rounded. Thank you for this opportunity and I can't wait to meet some of the collage coaches.
