Emma Wax '20 Recruiting Profile

    As of now, my successful 2016 AAU season has been the highlight of my basketball career. The success of my team was only a small reason for why this past season was so memorable. For the first time ever, I was on a team where everyone was a great basketball player. The level of play never dropped when our bench players entered the game. Because of the level of talent, I learned about the importance of competitiveness during practice - Game time was never given without it being earned. Having trust in my teammates was also something I learned to value. I knew that everyone was capable of doing their own job. Trusting my teammates allowed me to make the extra pass and know that they would have my back on defense.
