Kirina Azemar '24 Recruiting Profile

I have been passionate about basketball since I was seven years old. It’s the love of the game that pushes me to be the first one in the gym and the last to leave. Not only do I want to be better, I want to make my teammates better. I want to do the right thing on the court each and every possession. Whether that’s taking the shot or passing to the open player. Executing and making the right decision at the right moment makes all the difference. Why am I different? As Coach Chez Williams notes in one of my IG highlights that I am coachable. I’ve learned a lot since stepping into Varsity as an 8th grader. I’m ready to learn even more. I look forward to being an asset to a program. I look forward to building and growing. I also know that while willing is amazing, you learn more from your losses than your wins. Lastly, why should a college pick me? My passion for the game and work ethic cannot be denied.
