Gabrielle King '21 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate aspirations include majoring/studying in Journalism: Broadcast and Political/Human Right’s, to be exact. I also wish to further my basketball career at the collegiate level. I firmly believe that I am a good candidate for any basketball team due to my dedication for the game of basketball. I’ve also been considered ‘coachable and driven’ when it comes to basketball, and, life in general. Aside from other recruits, my motivation in and out of the classroom when it comes to academics can be considered more immense. I’ve always been taught that academics come before anything else. However, I’ve also been raised around the game of basketball and never let it leave me and who I am. As for my character, I consider myself a leader and motivator for others. Many of my previous and current basketball teams have taught me to always cheer my teammates on during every situation, no matter what’s going on elsewhere. Once I’m into something, I’m all-in; especially when it comes to basketball.
