Basketball is one thing that I can always look forward to; it is something that is consistent and keeps me happy and on my feet. I have always enjoyed playing sports, often going from one to the next I am always looking to improve my athletic ability. Something very valuable basketball has taught me is that mistakes do not define you, and without making them, you would never get better, so you should push yourself outside of your comfort zone and make those mistakes so you can keep improving them. Learning this helped me improve my confidence as a basketball player and push myself to improve.
