I was seven years old when I started playing basketball, I instantly fell in love with the game. Growing up I always told my parents and myself that I was going to be a pro basketball player when I grow up, but now that I am older, I've realized how hard it is to become a 'pro basketball player' so I have decided to take a step back and try basketball at the college level first! I plan on majoring in either elementary education or sports medicine. I love working with kids! Last year I decided to take on an FFA project called Oregon AG in the Classroom. AG in the classroom is an organization that assigns one or two high school kids to teach lessons to elementary students about AG. I absolutely loved it! I am also looking into sports medicine or just medicine. I love biology and everything about bones! It is just an extremely interesting topic! I grew up on a ranch in a small town in Oregon. I was riding horses and chasing cows before I could talk! I was raised to work hard and never give up! I have been playing on the varsity basketball team since I was a freshman in high school. I have been playing varsity volleyball since I was a sophomore, and I have been a varsity softball starter since my freshman year. My average GPA is a 3.1.
