Basketball has been a huge part of my life and my goals for as long as I can remember. Growing up I played many sports including volleyball, softball, and track which all contributed to my athleticism but when I reached high school, I decided I wanted to focus on basketball. I've played basketball every year since the age of 5 until I tore my ACL in September of my junior year. To miss my junior season was so hard but this injury has given me a whole new outlook and motivation to sports and my daily life. I've worked hard in the weight room and the court not to get back to the player I was but to become an even better player. I am ultimately grateful for everything I have learned from this experience. Other than basketball my passions include Art, animals, and nature. I am currently in my schools Art National honors society and am taking multiple art classes. I want to go to school somewhere that I can pursue my love for basketball, and Art. Currently I am undecided what I want to do as a career but strive towards making a living doing something I love. I bring an array of attributes to my team such as court vision, determination, and overall encouragement and support. I am very adaptable and coachable, eager to learn and grow as a player and a person. I am also dedicated and hardworking and won't stop until I achieve what I have set my mind to.
