I got introduced into the world of sports in 5th grade. I was a chubby, nonathletic kid. What set me apart however was my desire to win. In practice I have always pushed myself to do better and work harder than the people around me. I haven't achieved my talent in athletics because I've been doing it since toddler, rather my talent comes from the hard work I put in. It frustrates me to see people who are good at a sport, and yet during practice they slack off.
Not only do I push myself on the field or in a room, I also push myself in the classroom. I have always been an A/B student and that is with taking advanced level classes. My senior year I plan on taking AP Spanish, Physics, Calculus as well as an AP English class.
