Marley Sargent '21 Recruiting Profile

I am a multi-sport student athlete, graduating from Ridgeview High School in 2021.  I am a 2 year starting varsity point guard and a 2 year starting varsity 2nd baseman on the 2019 5A Oregon State High School Championship softball team.  I'm highly competitive, committed and focused on hard work and skill development in all that I do.  I also work hard academically and maintain a 3.93 Weighted Cumulative GPA.  My strengths in basketball are passing, ball handling, defense and creating scoring opportunities for myself and my teammates.  I am a consistent perimeter shooter with deep range and I have a large offensive skill set. I love to play under pressure and I maintain a calm but intense focus on the court. I am a leader on both my basketball and softball teams and I constantly strive to improve my skills so that I can be the best player and teammate possible.  I would love to have the opportunity to extend my basketball career and play at the next level.  I  am interested in the healthcare profession and incorporating my love for sports with my future college and career goals.
