Danielle Pontius '23 Recruiting Profile

My goal for college is to be able to play basketball at a school that fits the requirements for my academic career. My ability to distribute the ball is one of my positive attributes, but my eagerness to learn and get better is the main reason why I think I can be a good candidate for your team. Something that sets me apart from others, whether it’s in the classroom or on the court, is my ability to fail and be able to fix it and learn from it within the same basketball game or school class period. Being  ranked near the top of my class, I have a lot of dedication to be a successful college student. I think my ambition to be the best I can possibly be, in academics and athletics, makes me a great fit for a college basketball team.
