Building my future requires having a dream, or more than one. It also requires me to form goals and have aspirations to help me realize my dreams. Right now I see my life in three phases: high school, college, and beyond. I began high school with a plan to take as many challenging courses as possible. I reached my goal of earning a 3.50 GPA through high school. Honors courses will also remain a part of my course planning. I have been selected as a Student Ambassador and look forward to the school and community activities that are part of this program. I want to continue to build on the first two varsity seasons and hope to not only win the conference championship each year, but play deep into county playoffs, districts and dreaming big, possibly states. I want to improve my leadership skills by remaining positive, giving energy and helping the team in any way I can. I am building my individual workouts to be more difficult and challenging and will continue attendance at Ganon Baker events, PGC Basketball events and playing AAU Basketball for Philadelphia Fencor. I have accepted the challenges that my strength and speed coach has given me, and know that this is a huge part of my future if I plan to play basketball at the next level. I want to get as much out of my high school experience as I possibly can. When I have accomplished my high school goals, my aspiration is to attend an excellent university and contribute as a team member in a competitive basketball program.

- 1. Skill work twice a week: Ganon Baker drills, shooting, passing, dribble. 2. Comet practices twice a week in Philly....I travel over an hour to these practices. 3. Parisi training twice a week- individual trainer 4. I will be down loading video of my training, highlights for varsity season, and game film.

- I have GB's 42 advance skill drills. This includes WNBA dribble moves, tennis ball work, dribble wraps, two ball work, and quick hands drills.

- My IWO have changed over the years as I became more advanced in my skill work. I really focus on the fundamentals of the game. (shooting using catch and up and off of the dribble,accepting, refusing and spliting the pick to the ball, step back shots, floaters ball handing , dribbling, passing and 1v1 moves for drives.

- I have an individual trainer which I started in the fall of 2011. It is hard to see him with AAU. However, I am changing my schedule to work with Clarence two or three times a week. As I realize, this is my weakness and needs to become my strength.
