Jazlynn Jimenez '19 Recruiting Profile

Having the opportunity to play in the summer league championship while winning MVP for my high school was a highlight of my high school career. However, I feel like I grew the most as a student athlete my sophomore year when my team lost an important player, that gave me the opportunity to show what I can contribute to the team. That opening helped me grow as an individual as well as a leader. 

I was blessed to be a part of an amazing program with talented young players around me. I learned the importance of team work, leadership, and commitment by working with my teammates, despite disappointments with adults in my life. I am looking for a program that will continue to impact me in a positive academic and athletic way. My skills of leadership, work ethic, and dedication can help your program along with my basketball talent. 

As a three time starting varsity athlete and a captain, I know that I am capable of being a leader on your team.
