Lacy Gerald '24 Recruiting Profile

For me, basketball has always been a sport to grow and learn from on and off the court. It made me the person I am today. I just love the sport and love to learn every aspect of it. I am very coachable and respectful. I like to learn and understand every way to play the game, both offense and defense. I am a playmaker on offense, whether it's getting an open shot, assisting other players, or setting screens to keep the play happening. I have always been able to balance academics and athletics well since I have been playing three varsity sports since seventh grade while attending a gifted and talented school with a 4.5 weighted GPA. I always put my academics before anything else. I want to take the game to the next level and learn even more at that collegiate level, and I am open to any and all future challenges!
