Personal Statement

Hello, my name is Ashton Austreim. I am a Junior at Brookings High School, in Brookings, South Dakota. I am a 5'9 guard for Brookings' Varsity basketball team. I would love the opportunity to play at the collegiate level. I have also been on the varsity golf team for the past three years. I am coachable, competitive, and a hard worker. I am a versatile player as during my freshman year I primarily played post, then during my sophomore year, I played point guard for our JV team. Through my first two years at Brookings High School, I have been on the Honor Roll and have a cumulative GPA of 3.6.
