The goals I have set for myself is to get a scholarship to play basketball at the next level , get my degree and most importantly make my family proud. I’m a coach able player who grew up playing the game since I was 6. You can talk to me in any voice and it will not affect me because I know that it’s what you’re saying to me not how you’re saying it. Surely thousands of kids out there have the basketball dream. But not a lot of them have the heart and the mindset of getting there to accomplish that goal. My biggest aspiration has to be my uncle orie brown basically was my father figure growing up , he pushed me to my limit no matter what it was , school or sports. He passed away in 2018 due to a car crash and I’ve promised myself that id never let myself not be better then who I was yesterday. He was a big impact on my life and now I will live with his honor. I’ve played volleyball , basketball , golf , and Native American hand games. Since my 7th grade year I’ve traveled to all different states to compete against different kind of competition. Academic wise , I like to challenge myself. My uncle always told me , school will always come first because academics will get me farther in life then anything else. I come from hard times but that is what makes me strive to be great. Thanks for taking the time out to review my profile. I really hope I’m fit to be apart of your basketball “ tiospiya” that means family in lakota.
