A goal I have for my collegiate career is to become a starter by my sophomore season. It is then a goal of mine to become a team captain at some point in my collegiate career. I enjoy the challenge of being an example for those around me by being a leader and a captain of the team. I would be a good candidate for their team because despite my raw ability, my work ethic stands out from everyone else's. I strive to be the hardest working player on the court both in practice and in games so that not only will I develop my skills but also push my teammates to give their all. I also believe my hard work ethic is part of my unique character. I can always be relied on to work hard and leave everything on the court. This goes hand in hand with my dedication. No matter the situation, I will never give up or stop fighting until the very last buzzer goes off at the end of the game. In addition to this, I am diligent in my academic studies and focused on keeping high grades. I constantly push myself in the classroom as well as on the court to become a better person and a better player.
