I've always dreamt of going far with basketball. I've played the game since I was a little girl, and as of now, my goal is to play at the next level. I'm willing to work hard and do absolutely everything that I have to, to get to where I need to be.
I believe I'm a good ball handler, shooter, and defensive player. I can see the floor very well when the ball is both in and out of my hands. I can say I have good communication skills, both on and off the court. I can guarantee my work ethic will always be there, and I'll always be striving to get better, because of course, there's always room for improvement.
I feel my mind set and motives are right on track. What I want to do, is play college ball, and have a successful education. I know with out a doubt; my hearts in it, and to me; that's a major part of it.
Basketball isn't just a hobby or sport to me. It's a life lesson. I've most definitely learned that over the years. That's the thing, playing this sport isn't only fun and doesn't only build great friendships and such things as that, but it builds amazing character as well. In my opinion, that's the greatest achievement I've received over the amount of time that I've been involved with basketball. Really is a blessing to me.
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct your paths." ~Proverbs 3:5-6
