Personal Statement

My name is Luisa Lambo. I am entering my Junior Year. I have been a starting Point Guard for Jeb Stuart HS (Falls Church Virginia) (outside of Washington D.C.). I have recently transferred to Bishop Ireton (Alexandria Virginia) to play in one of the most competitive Girls leagues in the country. I am looking to take my game and contribution to the team as a point guard.

FRESHMAN YEAR 2016/2017: During my Freshman year I was a duel sport athlete 2020 Freshman playing D1 Travel Basketball and Soccer. I am a starter on my High School Varsity Basketball and Varsity Soccer Teams. I have been a Fairfax County, Virginia All-Star D1 Basketball All Star since 4^th Grade (County D1 league 1^st – 8^th Grade) and as a Freshman was selected for the 2016/2017 Fairfax County, Virginia Conference 13 Girls Basketball All Rookie Team and Honorable Mention. I play the point guard position, averaging 12 points and 9 assists per game during my Freshman year of High School Basketball. I have played in national Travel Basketball events with the Fairfax County Matrix Travel Basketball Club (2012-2013), Fairfax Stars (2014-2015), Team Intensity (2016) and Nova 94 - Elevate Elite 9^th Grade National Team (2016-Current).

Freshman year 2017 Travel Events: Spring/Summer 2017- participated in National Events in Raleigh NC, Boston, will be playing @ Boo Williams, Richmond, Atlanta, Chicago and DC Nike Nationals.
