As a student athlete, I know that playing college basketball can provide me opportunities to further my education and sustain my love of the game. Being a scholar athlete would allow me to learn and pursue my career interest in business administration. On the court, it would give me an opportunity to continue to play the sport that fuels my competitive nature.

I enjoy and take pride in being an effective point guard who handles the ball, controls the flow of the game, makes decisions in crucial situations, feels the satisfaction of making the assist, and takes the lead when necessary. I am an extension of my coach and thrive on leading my peers. It is that unselfishness and willingness to learn from others, and the sacrifice for a team that sets me apart from other players, but I am never satisfied. It is that belief that motivates me to consistently seek opportunities of improvement in school and basketball to be the best at what ever challenges I will face in life.
