- By Coach Diop of Dickinson College: Hailey's energy was great the whole day, and she got better as the day went on. She is very coachable and put into place everything we taught and made adjustments with. She has time to develop and be a valuable part of a college team You are a great player, continue to put in the work and watch you confidence grow! You have a great shot and footwork to get into your shot! Lock in and finish, you do all the hard work getting to the rim, reward yourself by finishing those close range shots and layups. Ball Control - Able to control the pace of the game and handle the ball under pressure. Utilizes both hands and shields defender with body to protect the ball. Shooting - Accurate shooter. Always on balance and ready to confidently step into shot. Awareness - Recognizes when to shoot or pass. Awareness of time and score of the game and makes plays accordingly. Vision - Court vision is very good. Constantly checking spacing and court positioning to put herself in a great position to make the play. Endurance - Great work rate throughout camp. Showed endurance that helped effectiveness, especially late. Agility - Showed good agility. Good body positioning and footwork helped you change directions quickly. Team Player - Great team-first attitude. Was encouraging and supportive to teammates throughout camp. Coachability - Responds well to coaching. Asked good questions and seemed to enjoy the learning process.
