From the very young age of second grade I have been playing basketball. As I learned and grew in this passion I realized that it wasn’t just a game anymore it was what made me, me. I have always wanted to continue my education as a Registered Nurse or pursue the degree of becoming a Doctor in Anesthesia. As many may know college isn’t something that can be easily payed for so if I had the opportunity to be able to do something that I love and follow my dreams of becoming something I’ve always dreamed of educationally then I would take the opportunity. Not only am I an athlete but I am someone who is willing to go the extra mile in the class room. Academic’s haven’t always came super easy to me but with the help of the game I have learned that being involved will help me stay focused and on track to follow my dreams.
