Taylor Scott '20 Recruiting Profile

I aspire to get my degree in social psychology and to be able to learn how certain people act and respond to everyday activities and the people around them. A goal of mine is to be able to master another language, such as Spanish, and learn how to communicate effectively with a variety of ages and cultures. 

To be a good candidate for a team, you must be coachable. I will always do my best at what's being asked for and when it is needing to be done. I am easy to work with and willing to try anything that is being needed. I can contribute 15+ points, along with assists and rebounds. I also like to help any teammate get as many points or great plays in as much as they can. I put in hard work on and off the court so that I can advance in my weaknesses and increase my strengths.

My character includes having dedication to both athletics and education, having a great responsibility by always being prepared and never getting behind with school work while being part of a sports team, and always being honest, cheerful, and supporting, which allows me to create a positive environment and connection with my peers and those who surround us. Always being active and enjoying to come to each and every practice. I believe pushing myself to work harder will make me the better player that I want to become. Academics is a really important part to every student and should always be something that makes you want to study more to have the higher grade. I have a GPA of 4.0+ and study quite often so that I make those grades that always stand out. I never get behind on assignments nor have a night that I don't study. Being successful takes hard and long work.
