Personal Statement

I have been playing basketball since I was five years old and the first time I set foot on the court I fell in love with the game. Playing at the collegiate level has always been a dream of mine. Playing college basketball is a once in a lifetime opportunity that I would love to be a part of.

I have good ball handling skills, a pure shot, and a high basketball IQ. I am a very coachable player who always is encouraging my teammates to do the best they can.

The one thing that makes me different from the other recruits is that I was born to be a leader and make a positive impact in everybody's lives on and off the court. I strive to be the best that I can be and never give up even through the toughest situations. I am the most competitive person you will ever meet. I've never met someone who hates losing more than I do. I feel like I have this presence that is impossible to go unnoticed. I am a team player.

Off the court I am the VP of the Christian Club at my high school and a member of various clubs and organizations. I volunteer my time to the challenger basketball league and to the humane society.

I want to play at the collegiate level not only because of basketball but because of the high level of academics I will be introduced to. I will strive to be the best that I can be and to become a role model to make my parents proud of who they raised.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
