Megan Rockwell So...Personal Statement
I have an absolute passion for basketball and I’m willing to work as hard as necessary to play in college. I had a successful season last year in many respects (my Conference’s third-leading scorer and made All-Conference and All-Area teams), but I’m not satisfied. My goal for the upcoming season is to become a better all-around player and to help my team accomplish our goals. Furthermore, my coaches tell me that I’m a strong leader whose passion for the game is infectious, but I intend to grow in that capacity, too. I work hard in the classroom, on the basketball court, in the weight room, and in my community to be the best version of myself I can be (my personal motto is, “Temporary pain signifies growth”).
