Maya Armstrong '25 Recruiting Profile

I first stepped on a beach volleyball court as a nine year old. I may not have known it at the time, but this was the moment I found my first love. Now my favorite parts of the game are finding the open court, giving my partner a great set and going on a serving run.

Because I have been competing at beach volleyball for 7 years now I am developing my game sense and I love adapting tactics to defeat opponents. One of my strengths is that I love to encourage and help my teammates. I am also ferociously competitive and love working to improve myself as an athlete and as a player. 

I am excited to find a great fit with coaches and a program that will help me grow as a person, as an athlete and as a student. I look forward to raising my level of play throughout my post-secondary years.
