Madison Shatzer '26 Recruiting Profile

Hi, My name is Madison Shatzer. I currently play for Blue Ridge Volleyball on the open level 15U team. I also play beach volleyball for Blue Ridge. I am a versatile player who is able to work hard in any position where I may be needed. As a team leader, I work hard on and off the court. I do my best to make sure teammates are in high spirits the entire game and I'm always looking for new ways to improve or learn new skills.  My love for volleyball began when I started middle school. I began playing volleyball in 6th grade(2019-2020).  

Summer 2022, was a great year my partner and I finished 3rd at Atlantic City Beach Week in 14u. Right after Beach Week we left for Ft. Lauderdale to compete in 14u open USAV national which was a great experience.

In the classroom I am an honor roll student and work hard daily on my academics. When I am not on the court or in the sand, I am studying and spending time with family and friends. I always strive to be the best student, athlete, and person.
