Personal Statement

I am very determined, I am a hard worker, I am a good team player and work well/ get along with others. I am supportive and encourage others to do there best, I am kind. I am passionate about the sport and take it seriously but I also know how to have fun and relax and I am mentally tough. Some of my collegiate goals are to graduate with a degree, improve in my diving technique and to improve my dive list, and to represent my team/university as well as I can both athletically and academically.

Training

  • I am currently training 5 days a week, 3-6/3-6:15pm.
  • 6 years
  • We do a lot of dryland training which includes using the dryboards, and trampolines and well as doing a lot of flips and mat work/conditioning. We will also use the weight room when we can. The other part of my training is in the pool using the 1m,3m springboards and Platforms.
