As a student athlete, my life comprises mostly of two things; diving and school. At Windermere Preparatory School, I am taking full advantage of the courses offered and therefor I am a full IB Diploma Student. Along with my rigorous courses, I am also in Pre-Health Club, Art Club and I am a member of the NSHSS and the SNHS. When school gets out, you can find me at the pool, Monday-Friday from 3:00pm-6:30pm. I dive under YCF Diving with Mark Ruiz as my coach. As an athlete I am always seeking any improvement in technique or learning new dives. I have a full 11 dive list on 1m and 3m in the (16-18) girls age group. Last year I placed 12th in the state of Florida for high school diving and my goal for this year is to place top eight. As a committed student and as an athlete, I hope you consider me as a recruit.

Training
- Monday - Friday from 3:00pm - 6:30pm
- 5 years
- Every day before practice, I stretch out with the rest of my team and do some dry land work before we get in the water. Our water work out consists of a mix of 1m, 3m, and tower, depending on the day. We are out of the water by 5:30pm and begin our workout shortly after. For our workout, we have a mix of weight training and cardio workouts. Additionally I will come in for private lessons a couple times a month that last about and hour each session. Here we work on core techniques or dives needed for an upcoming meet.
