My name is Audrée Brazeau-Howes. I am currently going into grade 11 and would like to continue my diving career at a university in the United States. I am from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, and dive with the Ottawa National Diving Club, training 21 hours a week at the Junior National level. I compete in the 1m, 3m, and Tower events. I am a driven, dedicated, and hard working student with a current GPA of 3.9. I have been in the sport of diving since the age of 6 and have been competing nationally for 7 years. I have attended four Canada Junior Nationals (2017, 2018, 2019, 2022) as well as the 2022 Canada Summer Games hosted in Niagara Falls where I represented my province of Ontario, with my best result being on Tower, placing 6th. I am very passionate about diving and looking for a school that can help me continue to fuel that passion, while pursuing my academic studies. On top of diving, I coach younger divers, which has expanded my diving knowledge and love of the sport. Having coached for almost two years now has made me a proper leader and role model for the younger generation. That has helped me gain new skills such as responsibility, organization and time management. I am looking forward to joining a school and team that will challenge me and help me achieve my goals, and create strong bonds with both athletes and coaches.
