Personal Statement

I have been a student athlete all my life, and I am proud to say that I have been able to accomplish as much in sports as in academics. My athletic career started in gymnastics at the age of 4 and ended last March when I decided to leave gymnastics because of a back injury. As a small kid, I always looked up to the bigger girls on my  team, but later on I became a role models for my younger team mates.  I have always  worked hard  and supported the team just as much as I have worked hard to achieve the individual goals I have set out for myself. Although I recently ended my career as a gymnast, I am happy that I have found diving as a new sport where I can carry over the skills that I have learned as a gymnast, my dedication to the team, and hard work I exhibit every day at practice, and I hope that with the right coach I can take my diving career to the next level.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
