Alexa Fegley's Hi...Personal Statement
I was a level 9/10 gymnast before turning my interest/focus to diving. What makes me different is that I'm relatively new to the sport of diving. Why is that a good thing? I truly believe I have a huge amount of exponential growth to obtain yet (my ceiling for improvement is HIGH) and I know I can get there with the right coaching. Gymnastics taught me focus, perseverance, determination and time management. I have been diving for two years competitively and won the 2020 District XI 2A championship before our state championship was cancelled due to the pandemic. My eyes are now set on the 2021 District and State Championships.
