Sophomore 1 meter...Personal Statement
I started club diving in the 6th grade and have enjoyed being on the varsity high school team for the past 2 years. Sophomore year I finished 8th in the state on the 1 meter for 3A diving. In addition to my own diving regime, I am the co-coach of the boy's high school dive team. I believe in being a well-rounded student, I am currently participating in Model UN, NHS, Link crew (leadership), and Guild club.
Given the COVID restrictions here on our island, I had to take a diving hiatus from February through July. I am very excited to get back into pre-season for high school diving, as well as club competition. Going into my Junior year I am eager to discuss my college diving prospects, with colleges that might be a good match for me.
