I have been interested in the medical field ever since I was young. Because of how many injuries I have had over the years, I have always wanted to help other people with the same struggles of getting back to the place they once were, whether it be athletically or any other goals. Personally, these injuries led me to realize how much sports mean to me. They motivated me to put in the extra work to get back to where I was and to keep improving from there. I was so thankful for the physical therapists and athletic trainers who helped me recover from these injuries.
Because I want to go into the medical field I have constantly worked hard academically. I am always doing my best to get good grades, going above and beyond in projects and presentations, and always try and think outside of the box which is why I also want to minor in visual arts.
This leads me to why I think I am a good candidate for the team. I am a very creative thinker, I have always been motivated and a hard worker even when times got tough, and I am consistently willing to improve so I can succeed and always listen to the coaches advice, corrections, and criticism.
