Golf is my passion. I have been golfing since I was 4 years old. It started in my backyard hitting balls into the net. I played my first tournament at the age of 6 in Tennessee at The Little Course. I went on to play on the local US Kids tour in Michigan and qualified for Kids World at Pine Hurst every year. Toledo Junior Golf Association accepted me to play in their tour at the age of 9. This gave me the opportunity to play with competitive high school girl golfers. At the age of 10, one of my dreams came true. I made it to the National Championship for Drive, Chip & Putt at Augusta National. It was an awesome experience that I shared with my family. We moved to Alabama two years ago, so now, I get to play golf year-round. I play on multiple junior golf tours, making friends along the way. In 8th grade, I played for my high school team. We won 2 state championships in a row and will being playing for our 3rd this year.
I am serious about golf. I made the decision to be homeschooled this year so that I will have more time to train. I train six days a week, workout every other day and eat healthy. RTJ Capitol Hill is my home course, with great training facilities for all parts of my game.
I want to play college golf and beyond if I am good enough. My goal is to play for a division 1 college that is a good fit for me and their program. My parents and I just started looking at schools and putting my golf resume together. I will be playing in many tournaments this year, to shoot lower scores and improve my game.
I lam excited about the college recruiting process and look forward to the opportunity to be match with a great college .
