My name is Erin Farner and I go to Western Canada High School in Calgary Alberta Canada. I am a graduate of 2013 and my average is 80%. My dream is to play golf at the collegiate level, and experience this game in a team setting. My scoring average is 77 and I have a handicap of 6. From August to October 2012 (when my golf season ends) I worked extremely hard at lowering my handicap and scoring average, I shaved off 3 strokes on my average, 2 off my handicap.
I love to play golf, and the thought of discontinuing it because of going to university in Canada is not an option I want to choose. Playing collegiate golf intrigues me because I have never experienced it in a team setting. I love the thrill of tournaments, and the never ending work that must be put into this game. My academic goals are to attend the best university that I can get into, and to obtain a Bachelors in Arts or Science Degree. I have not yet decided a career path that I want to take, but I look forward to experiencing new things that will boraden my knowledges and lead me to the right career.
