Haley Wong '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Haley Wong and I am a 2023 golf recruit. I want to play collegiate golf in order to better myself as an athlete and as a person, while pursuing an education. One thing that I believe I bring to the table for a team is my leadership skills. Since sophomore year, I have been captain of the varsity golf team and always try to help and encourage my teammates before rounds, during practice, and after matches. Additionally, I am a very hard worker and driven to learn from others to improve my golf game and grow as a person. My time management is another characteristic that makes me stand out as a recruit as I can manage my time well with practicing golf, participating and holding officer positions in multiple clubs, maintaining good grades in all AP classes, and helping tutor other students while also playing in tournaments on the weekend. I am able to balance my time well and find time to hang out with friends. I believe my strong leadership skills and time management helps me to stand out from other recruits.
