Hi. My name is Savannah Wyrick and I am a Junior at Vista Del Lago High School in Folsom, California and will graduate in 2019.  I currently have a 3.34 GPA on a 4.0 scale and my SAT score was 970.  I have been a starter on the Varsity golf team since my Freshman year and have been awarded “All League” three years in a row.  I am currently in the Will Robbins Collegiate Path Coaching program, and continue to compete in the off-season tournaments to improve my game and scores.  My goal is to continue competing in golf at the collegiate level while pursuing my degree.  My academic interests include physical therapy and special education.  Currently, I am a teachers assistant for a special needs class at my high school.

I am a well-rounded athlete, having competed in other sports such as competitive softball, Varsity basketball, and Varsity Club rugby.  I was chosen to attend the “Devil Pups” Marine Corps boot camp at Camp Pendleton San Diego, Ca. in July 2017 and successfully graduated from the boot camp.  I have an interest in serving my country after college.

My Parents have always encouraged myself and my brother to work hard both academically and athletically.  I have been working diligently on my short game during this off-season and my goal is to lower my scores to the mid to low 70’s. My lowest score for 18 holes is a 73.  Driving off the tee is my biggest strength where I average 265 yards plus with my longest drive last summer of 301 yards.  I am motivated and excited to have the opportunity to play golf at the collegiate level and think I can be an asset to the team.  I appreciate your time and interest in my profile.
