Golf is part of my life.
I know the full swing of 300 yards and the fun of a full shot. But I like the one - yard approach that requires tremendous control over everything.
I believe that taking one concise step everyday has and will help make me more stronger in the future and in biology research and medical development successes and in the University.
I also think I could be a valuable asset to the women's golf team. I display self improvement and dedication which is needed to achieve anything, whether it is academic, athletic, or personal. I believe that will help the golf team. Talent can only do so much before it‘s required to also have a hard working mindset to go with the talent. I think my work ethic is one of my strongest attributes, along with the dedication to better myself whether it is on the course or off or even physically and mentally. I am able to work alongside everyone on my current team because of that mindset.
The number of times I show up in the newspaper/social media and the consecutive times that I was declared Girls Golfer of the Year during sophomore and junior year supports that. My current ambitions are to play on a high level college team while also learning high level academics.
It's not easy for me to understand the recruitment process and so I am behind others as of now. However I am trying my hardest to catch up.
Especially this year high school students' progress are suspended with school closed and tournaments canceled, however I am taking this time to train myself mentally and practicing while balancing my current academics to achieve my goals. One being able to play as a team on college level and to major in biology. As a result, I'm currently studying whenever I can and taking the time every day to improve on my swing.
Once the world is back to being its usual self and tournaments will go back to normal, I will continue to aim for college level academic and athletics.
Thank you for viewing my profile! Please email me, I look forward to communicate with you.
I wish the pandemic will end soon for everyone in the world.
