My name is Laniah Moffett. I am a rising junior at Crosby High school in Waterbury CT. I enjoy playing the game of golf and I would love to play at division 1 or 2 colleges in the South. A few things I am looking for in a college include, playing time, a medium-sized school, a scholarship, a safe environment, good management a business program, and team comradery. I have a 4.0 GPA, being ranked number 1 in my academic class, and am part of the National Honors Society. I have a strong work ethic and excel in academics and sports. What makes me different is that when I graduate high school, I will also earn my associate's degree. I enjoy volunteering my time with the First Tee of CT, helping out coaches with children interested in learning the game of golf. I am ranked number 1 in my graduating class under the junior scoreboard. I also am part of my high school swim team and have swam competitively for 6 years.
