2024 Highlights Personal Statement
Hello, my name is Ella Gardner, and I will be entering my sophomore year of high school. I have been playing golf since the age of 4, and over the years, the sport has shaped my character and work ethic. Golf has given me essential life skills such as effective communication, perseverance, and focus, which I also apply to my academic pursuits.
Currently, I am interested in pursuing a career in dermatology, and I am committed to maintaining a high GPA while excelling in golf. I’ve celebrated three holes-in-one, with my favorite being on hole #13 at Pine Needles in North Carolina during US Kids World Championships. I’ve participated in LPGA Girls Golf since I was 8 and now volunteer as an eLeader, which has further grown my love for the sport and my desire to inspire others. I am looking forward to exploring future opportunities where I can continue to develop my golf skills and academic goals. I look forward to contributing my dedication and passion to a collegiate golf program.

Although both days weren't the scores I set out to post, I learned from them and have started to understand my game better. Time to start building for 2025.

- November 2024 to start building towards my 2025 goals. I started working out twice a week with a trainer to build my strength and endurance. My trainer is Kyle Meadows who is a world renowned fitness instructor for the US olympics team, NASCAR pit crews, NFL combine and pro day preparedness and is a former member of the US bobsled team. He focuses on explosive training, peak performance and youth development.
