My name is Kaysie Harrelson and I am a junior at Tift County High School in Tifton, Ga. I am in the class of 2018 and currently carry a GPA of 3.9. I am taking Honors and AP classes. I am a two sport athlete and lettered in both golf and basketball as a freshman and sophomore. In golf, I played #1 as a freshman and sophomore at Tift County High. Our team finished 3rd in the state in Class 6A my freshman year. I finished 5th individually in the state that year and finished 12th individually in the state as a sophomore. I also helped lead my basketball team to back to back Region 1-6A titles where I was a starter at power forward as a sophomore. I enjoy the competitiveness of basketball which I feel helps me on the golf course. That being said I do not play golf year round, but once I do I am confident that I will be shooting under par and will be an asset to any program. I possess tremendous athletic ability and a competitive attitude. I am also strong academically and prepared to handle the rigor of college classes. My ultimate goal is to earn a college degree, play college golf, play #1 for my school, and help win that school a national championship.
