Personal Statement

"Keep your dreams alive. Understand to achieve anything requires faith and belief in yourself, vision, hard work, determination, and dedication. Remember all things are possible for those who believe."  This quote is everything that I believe in, I strive for perfection and I let nothing stand in my way. I dream big and shoot for the stars and that is why I know one day I will play for the LPGA tour. My dreams are big but I know that if I just have faith and dedication I will achieve the ultimate goal. If I go out and shoot a bad score I automatically get back out there the next day to redeem myself and practice, practice, practice so one day my dream will come alive. I am 5'6" and still growing and as a Freshman I play #1 Junior Varsity, and as a Sophomore I play as #2 or #3 Varsity. Junior Year I played as #1 and #2 all season long.  I shoot in the mid to high 30s consistantly and I am trying to lower my score. I am a Junior at Prairie Ridge High School, I currently have a GPA of 3.585 with a semester GPA of 4.00. I continually challenge myself academically and physically, I am an active member of the school and participate in many clubs and organizations. I am an Executive Board member of Student Council, I participate in FBLA ( Future Business Leaders of America) an organization committed to helping high school students become comfortable in the business world. Along with FBLA, I was accepted into the Spanish National Honor Society at my High School.  I also help with Link Crew, a exclusive club that helps incoming freshman during orientation. I also do charity work outisde of school, I have worked for Home of The Sparrow, a local shelter for abused women and children, and for an assisted living community . I would love to attend a larger college with laid back persona and a great surrounding city, and somewhere south of Illinois. I want to follow a carrer in Arhictecture and it would be great if it had a Design program.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
