Hard work and positive attitude are the keys to my success on the golf course. I have a strong work ethic and enjoy spending hours out on the golf course. I am very organized, diligent, and a good student. I currently have a 4.0 and I am pursuing my Associates Degree while still in High School. My goal is to play competitive collegiate golf and be a personal contributor to that teams success.
I have had great success on the golf course over the last 5 years that I have been playing. I was the Indianapolis Junior Player of the Year for 2018 and 2019 with a scoring average of 79 and 77. During my High School career so far, I have played varsity both my Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior year. I was named All-County Player all years and have placed individually within the top 5 scores each year. I played in the State Finals this year after scoring in the top 3 in my Regional. I have consistently improving my scoring average and won 8 tournaments so far this summer (2020).
On a fun note, I have had two hole in ones in 2018. I recently won a tournament in Indianapolis (7/1/2020) with my career low score of 67, that was almost as exciting as the hole in ones!
My hobbies include reading and outdoor activities. I am involved at my high school in the German Club, FCA, Symphonic Orchestra (violinist), Show Choir, and Robotics. I am looking for a College that will be a good fit with my future career goals (Civil Engineer) and will allow me to continue improving my golf game.
