Hi Coaches,
I’m Isabella Fleury,
In my local area, besides myself, there are very few girl golfers. I joined the High School golf team my freshman year and remained the only girl. I will admit it was intimidating at first, but I quickly grew into my own and decided to my goal was to beat the boys! I’m hoping my senior year I can find a few female teammates, but nonetheless my love for the game still grows. I’ve played golf since I was about 10 years old at my family’s golf course; but, in the past two years I have finally started getting competitive. I am dedicated and hard working, and thanks to my dad, only getting better with each round. When I first started, my mental game could have used improvement, but over time, whether I hit a bad tee shot or it’s a rainy day, nothing will phase me on the course from making the most of it. I’m striving to play college golf and to find the right coach and teammates with which to grow and succeed. I look forward to talking with you all soon!
