Ava Micheau '21 Recruiting Profile

What makes me different from most girls is i play on a men’s golf team. I was co-captain on the men’s team as a sophomore girl in high school (i’m a junior now).  Last year I made it to districts, but did not quite qualify for states... I had very high expectations for myself this year after I quit my fall sports to solely focus on golf for this season. Although we are not getting this time to play for school, I am still practicing every single day working on my game and keeping in touch with coaches for summer events!  I am taking this time to get even better than last year. Whenever I lack in yardage, I always make up for in my constancy. I have always been a very coach-able athlete and I am up for anything you ask me to do! I would love to get to know more about your college level golf teams!
