Sophia Anderson '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Sophia Anderson and I'm a Junior at Albany, MN High School, where I have been a member of the varsity golf team since Freshman year. I grew up in a golfing family and started going to the course and playing the game at a young age;  my love of the game grows with each year.  My family likes to travel and golf and I enjoy the opportunity and challenge of playing on a variety of different golf courses across the country. I'm very dedicated and motivated to improving my game, and always open to exploring any means necessary to accomplish this.

My goal is to find the college environment that provides the most positive academic , athletic , social support,  and guidance.   I'm desiring to acquire a high quality education that will prepare me for challenging career opportunities in my future; while continuing to advance the level of my  golf knowledge and skill set to achieve success at the collegiate level.   I feel my participation in school and travel basketball and volleyball teams over the years,  and the experience provided by being selected to serve in our schools Captains and Leaders organization will benefit my abilities to be a great teammate.
